Interpretation

Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.

Users of IVR, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Business API, or related communication services are solely responsible for compliance with TRAI regulations, DLT requirements, WhatsApp policies, and applicable Indian laws.

The Company shall not be liable for misuse or non-compliance by Users.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified with reasonable notice.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
