What are template message charges?
Meta charges per conversation (24-hour window) based on category — Marketing, Utility, Authentication, or Service. Rates vary by plan and are shown in each package above.
Is GST included in the plan price?
Plan prices (₹7,500 / ₹15,000 / ₹25,000) are exclusive of taxes. GST at 18% is applicable additionally.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Standard later?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. We'll prorate the difference for the remaining period.
Do I need Meta approval to use WhatsApp API?
Yes. All Business Accounts and message templates require Meta approval. Omnitech handles the full submission and onboarding process for you.
What is the difference between the plans?
Basic suits small teams with simple broadcast needs. Standard adds advanced scheduling, retargeting, and 50K contacts. Pro adds AI Chatbot, marketplace integrations, and 1 lakh contacts.
